All souls day has
been a traditional time for the Church to remember all the
faithful departed. St John’s marks this day with a special
reflective service to which we invite those who have been
bereaved in the parish during the past year. This is not a
morbid time but an opportunity for people to remember their
loved ones and the hope of the Christian Gospel, which is
resurrection and new life.
